Canvas Sling, Leather Sling, and Play Bench. Chains come standard; Silent Straps are available as an optional upgrade.

✨ Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Miami-Dade and Broward counties at no extra cost.
Outside Miami-Dade and Broward? Contact us for details — delivery is possible but may include a delivery fee.

✨ How does booking work?

1️⃣ Pick your item.
2️⃣ Choose delivery and pickup dates (hotel-style).
3️⃣ Provide your location details and preferred contact method (text, call, or email).
4️⃣ We'll confirm availability, then send a Square payment link to finalize your reservation.

✨ When is my reservation confirmed?

Once payment is completed through the Square link, your reservation is officially confirmed.

✨ What are the prices?

Rates vary by item and duration (weekday, weekend, full weekend, or week).
Add-ons and discounts:
- Silent Straps +$7
- Rent 2 items → 10% off total
- Rent 3 items → 15% off total

✨ Do you deliver to hotels, Airbnbs, or condos?

Yes — discreetly. Please ensure your host or property allows deliveries and that we can access the room/unit during your selected window.

✨ Do you set up the equipment?

Yes! Setup and breakdown are always included at no extra charge.

✨ How discreet is the delivery/packaging?

Extremely. Deliveries arrive in plain, neutral packaging with no explicit labels or logos. Communication and scheduling are equally discreet.

✨ Are the items sanitized?

Absolutely. Every piece is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each rental following manufacturer instructions.

✨ What are delivery/pickup windows?

You’ll select your preferred delivery and pickup window during checkout. Once submitted, we'll confirm the exact time directly with you.

✨ What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel your reservation, but cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery window are non-refundable, per our Terms & Conditions.

✨ What’s the age requirement?

Renters must be 18 years or older. A valid government-issued ID may be requested at delivery.

✨ Damages or missing parts?

Renters are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear. Replacement or repair fees may apply as outlined in the rental agreement.

✨ Can I switch from chains to Silent Straps after booking?

Usually yes — just let us know before delivery so we can prepare the correct setup.

✨ Payment methods?

All payments are processed securely via Square. We do not accept cash or in-person payments.

✨ Do you take custom or event bookings?

Yes! For multi-day setups or private events, email info@TheDHaus.xyz for custom pricing and availability.

Canvas & Leather Sling Frames (when assembled):

Manufacturer tested to support up to 400 lbs total weight.

Play Bench:
28" (W) × 43" (L) with the center panel raised, or 32" (L) when flat.
Weight capacity: 400 lbs total.
Note: There are lesser weight and torque limits on the center pad when raised — it’s designed to support a resting upper body only.
